Hang Seng Development (International) Limited (hereafter referred to as “HSD”) is a leading asset management and electronics devices recycling company based in Hong Kong. We specialize in the resale, remarketing, data sanitization, recycling, and logistics management of electronic mobile devices—including smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches.

The e-Commerce

e-Bid is HSD’s proprietary e-commerce platform designed to facilitate secure and efficient transactions. With advanced architecture and customizable features, e-Bid enables real-time bidding across major global platforms. It connects buyers with suppliers of all sizes worldwide, provides instant updates, full logistics tracking, and comprehensive customer support.

Company History

Hang Seng Development (International) Ltd. (HSD), formerly known as Hang Seng Laser Audio & Visual Co., was founded in Hong Kong in 1994. The company was renamed in 2006 to reflect its evolving business focus, while maintaining its original team and values.

HSD entered the analogue and CDMA mobile phone market in 2002. Over the years, our business has grown significantly, establishing us as a key player in the resale and recycling of mobile devices.

In 2016, HSD earned certifications for ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and R2. By October 2016, we relocated to a new 10,000 sq. ft. facility to support expansion. In 2022, we adopted ISO 9001 to enhance quality control and upgraded to ISO 45001 to strengthen workplace health and safety.
