Hang Seng Development (International) Limited (named ‘Hang Seng’ below) is one of the leading asset management and electronics recycling company in HK. Our services include resale and remarketing, data sanitization, recycling, and logistics management.

Hang Seng is strong on cellular assets recycling. Our vendor includes major operators in the US market, renowned device OEMs, and leading recycling partners who entrust us to maximize the value of their cellular assets while protecting sensitive corporate or client data is the principle.

Our staffs are highly competent with up-to-date knowledge on the products and markets. With the strong and efficient operation team, we managed to process and distribute over 2 million units of mobile devices per year.

Hang Seng values the spirit of ‘sustainable development’. We try to protect the environment through proper disposal of surplus and scrap mobile devices, and maintain a safe and enjoyable work place for our staff. History

Hang Seng Development (Int’l) Ltd. (named ‘Hang Seng’ below), formerly known as ‘Hang Seng Laser Audio & Visual Co.’, was founded in Hong Kong in 1994. Despite the company changed its name since 2006 for the business development, the associates of the company still remains unchanged.

Hang Seng beginning to wade into Analogue and CDMA mobile phones since 2002. Throughout all these years, our business has sharply boosted and become one of the prominent participants in the resale and recycling business of mobile devices.

In 2016, Hang Seng was accredited ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 and R2 certificate. By Oct 2016, in order to expand our processing capacity and prepare for future business growth, Hang Seng was relocated to a new facility with over 10,000sq ft.
